Mrs Wallis’ Crackin’ Capsicum Burgers


500g beef mince,

1 Tbsp Mrs Wallis’ Crackin’ Capsicum Relish,

1 Tbsp Mrs Wallis’ Tootin’ Tomato Chutney,

1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley,

1 small onion, grated,

1 free-range egg,

½ cup breadcrumbs,

Sea-salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper,

4 toasted buns,

Cos lettuce leaves,

4 slices tomato,

4 slices cheddar cheese,

1 Tbsp olive oil,

½ onion, diced.


To make the patties, combine the beef mince, chopped parsley, Mrs Wallis’ Crackin’ Capsicum Relish & Tootin’ Tomato Chutney, grated onion, egg and breadcrumbs in one bowl. Season with salt flakes and pepper and make patties to desired thickness.

Barbeque patties in a little olive oil, flipping once. Top each burger with a piece of sliced cheddar or your favourite cheese.

Place burgers on buns and top with lettuce, tomato and extra Mrs Wallis’ Crackin’ Capcisum Relish. For that extra topping with a kick, try Mrs Wallis’ Hummin’ Jalapeno
